Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 14, 2026

Creator Socials is a creator planning and business-organization service operated by ZCreates LLC ("Creator Socials," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect information when you use the Creator Socials website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

Account and authentication information

When you create or use an account, we collect information such as your email address, encrypted or hashed password information, account identifier, account-creation date, email-confirmation status, sign-in information, and session information. Our authentication provider processes passwords and authentication credentials on our behalf; we do not have access to your plain-text password.

Profile and preference information

You may provide a display name, profile photograph, home-layout preferences, visual preferences, onboarding selections, and other account customizations. We also maintain your service-access level, such as Free or Pro.

Content and planning information

The Service allows you to create and store content ideas, captions, story sequences, shot lists, series, calendars, weekly plans, tasks, mood boards, inspiration, creative direction, audience notes, performance notes, and other creator-workspace material.

Business and financial-planning information

You may choose to enter information relating to campaigns, brand deals, outreach, brand-contact details, contracts, invoices, rates, media kits, affiliate links, earnings, monetization, products, and other creator-business activity. These records may include self-reported financial amounts, business contact information, and uploaded business documents. Creator Socials does not currently collect or store payment-card or bank-account credentials.

If you enter personal information about another person, such as a brand representative's name or business email address, you are responsible for having a lawful basis and appropriate authority to provide that information.

Personal planning and journal information

You may choose to create habits, habit-completion records, daily notes, reflections, life notes, personal eras, saved locations, location descriptions, and other personal planning material. Free-text fields may contain personal or sensitive information depending on what you choose to enter. Please do not enter information you do not want stored through the Service.

Creator Socials is not a medical service and is not intended to collect protected health information or provide medical advice.

Images, files, and documents

You may upload profile photographs, cover images, location images, media kits, rate cards, contracts, invoices, and similar files.

Profile photographs and cover images may be stored in publicly accessible storage so they can display within the Service. Business documents—including contracts, invoices, media kits, and rate cards—are stored in private storage and are normally accessible only through authenticated access or temporary signed links. If you deliberately create or share a temporary link for a media kit or rate card, anyone who receives that link may access the file until the link expires.

Information you copy, export, or share through your device's clipboard, system share sheet, or another application is handled by the destination you select and may be subject to that destination's privacy practices.

Technical information

When you use the Service, our hosting and backend providers may automatically process limited technical information needed to deliver and secure the Service, such as IP address, browser or device type, operating system, timestamps, authentication events, request logs, and security or error logs.

Creator Socials does not currently use third-party advertising SDKs, cross-app tracking technology, dedicated analytics SDKs, or remote crash-reporting SDKs.

Location information

Creator Socials does not automatically collect precise or approximate device location. If you use the Location Library, location names, addresses, descriptions, and images are information you manually choose to enter.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Create, authenticate, maintain, and secure your account;

  • Provide, personalize, and operate the Service;

  • Store and display the content and files you choose to create;

  • Provide creator-planning, business-organization, habit, and reflection features;

  • Determine and provide access to Free or Pro features;

  • Process support, privacy, and account-deletion requests;

  • Maintain security, prevent misuse, troubleshoot problems, and protect the Service;

  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service; and

  • Develop and improve the Service using direct user feedback and operational information.

Creator Socials does not currently use your content to train artificial-intelligence models, and no user content is currently sent to an AI provider by the Service.

3. How We Disclose Information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use your information for targeted advertising.

We may disclose information in the following limited circumstances:

Service providers

We use service providers to host and operate the Service. These currently include:

  • Supabase, which provides authentication, database, file storage, and server-side functions; and

  • Lovable and associated hosting or content-delivery infrastructure, which currently hosts and delivers the application.

These providers may process information on our behalf according to their own agreements, privacy terms, and security practices.

At your direction

We disclose content when you intentionally export, copy, download, or share it, including when you generate a temporary link for a media kit or rate card or select a destination through your device's sharing tools.

Legal and safety purposes

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or enforceable governmental requests; protect the rights, safety, and property of users, ZCreates LLC, or others; investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents; or enforce our agreements.

Business transfers

If ZCreates LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law and appropriate notice where required.

4. Data Retention

We generally retain account information and user-created content for as long as your account remains active or until you delete the content or your account. We may retain limited information for longer when reasonably necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, or protect the Service.

After account deletion, user-associated database records and files are removed from the active Service. Limited information may remain temporarily in provider logs, security records, caches, or backup systems according to provider retention schedules. Content you previously shared or exported outside Creator Socials may remain with the recipient or destination and is not controlled by us.

5. Account and Data Deletion

You may delete individual content through available in-app controls. You may initiate permanent account deletion through Settings → Delete Account. Account deletion removes your authentication account, user-associated database records, and files stored under your account in Creator Socials.

Deleting your Creator Socials account does not automatically remove copies you previously exported or shared with another person or service. When paid subscriptions are available, deleting your Creator Socials account may not automatically cancel an App Store subscription; you should manage or cancel the subscription through your Apple Account settings as explained in the purchase flow.

You may also contact us at privacy@zcreates.social with privacy or deletion questions.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including authenticated access controls, row-level database protections, private storage for business documents, and server-controlled account deletion. However, no storage or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for using a strong, unique password.

7. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information, and to appeal a decision regarding a privacy request. You may also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Many records can be viewed, edited, or deleted directly in the Service. To submit another privacy request, contact privacy@zcreates.social. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Because Creator Socials does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, we do not currently offer a sale-or-sharing opt-out mechanism.

8. Children and Teen Users

Creator Socials is a general-audience creator and business-productivity service and is not directed to children under 13. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the Service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us at privacy@zcreates.social, and we will take appropriate steps to investigate and delete the information.

9. United States Service

Creator Socials is currently offered for use in the United States. Information is processed and stored in the United States or other locations used by our service providers. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions with different data-protection laws.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service may contain links to websites, files, or services we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not govern third-party services. Review the privacy practices of any destination before providing information.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Service, law, or our practices. We will post the updated policy with a revised effective date and provide additional notice when required by law. Your continued use of the Service after an update becomes effective constitutes acknowledgment of the revised policy.
